Why should you pay us to live in one of our properties? That has never made sense to us, so we have dispensed with fee collection. That doesn’t mean we don’t have standards, but we eliminate as much unnecessary paperwork and as many transactions as possible.

Cities like ours are full of absentee landlords who farm out their “property management” to other companies. They simply have no vested interest in the property or your wellbeing. Our ownership and internal property management team all lives locally, and doesn’t treat you like you’re on hold with a cable company
